Amal Alarakhia is the Director of Sales and Marketing for Spring Living Retirement Communities. As a seasoned professional with over 15 years’ experience in sales and marketing, Amal brings with her a commitment to service excellence, leadership, and client experience.

Amal most recently served as the Regional Sales and Marketing Manager at Hazelview Properties where she was responsible for the leadership and direction of leasing, marketing, and retention initiatives. Prior to, Amal spent 10 years delivering on her passion of creating and enhancing memorable experiences for both residents and families with Chartwell Retirement Residences and Revera.

A recognized sales leader and trainer, Amal has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets, building and preserving community relationships, and implementing unique and customer- focused sales strategies. With a motivated and compassionate approach, Amal supports and empowers individuals and teams to drive results through collaboration, engagement, and shared vision.

Amal holds a Bachelor’s degree from McMaster University specializing in Gerontology.
